If your smartphone already have My Alarm SMS Control app you can still use the app benefits. In certain case SMS control app may will not work on 4G dialler.
You can find your serial number in MENU700 or under the 3GSM board on Bosch 6000 main panel.
If your board has a serial number higher then 240000 you can upgrade the firmware.
It is not recomended to upgrade firmware if your board has a serial number higher then 240000
You will need a CM910 Flash Cable to connect to the alarm panel for upgrading the firmware. There is no other way to upgrade your panel.
